This Dog is guaranteed free of hip dysphasia. In the Unlikely event of unsoundness, a replacement dog of equal value and breeding will be offered PROVIDED THAT:
1. The dog must be X-rayed by a competent agency or veterinarian and x-rays evaluated by O.F.A. BETWEEN 15 and 26 months of age.
2. The results of the O.F.A. evaluation must be reported to me immediately .
3. Proof of spaying/ altering must be provided to me before a replacement is provided.
4. The dog must not be used for breeding until X-rayed and given a rating of “FAIR” or better by O.F.A. If used for breeding before X-ray evaluation by O.F.A. this guarantee is VOID.
5. No dog shall be guarantee if ownership is transferred or given away at any time.

This dog is guaranteed free of P.R.A. In the unlikely event of unsoundness, a replacement dog of equal breeding and value will be offered PROVIDED THAT:
1: It is examined by a competent agency or veterinarian and is certified by C.E.R.F. by 38 month of age.
2. The C.E.R.F. results must be reported to me immediately.
3. Proof of spaying/altering must be shown to me before a replacement is provided.
4. This dog must not be used for breeding until examined and GIVEN EYE CLEARANCES by C.E.R.F. If used for breeding before C.E.R.F cleared this guarantee is VOID.
5. No dog will be guaranteed if ownership is transferred or given away at any time.

PLEASE NOTE: IN THE INSTANCE OF SEVERE DISABILITY THE DOG WILL BE REPLACED UNDER THIS CONTRACT WITH ONE OF EQUAL VALUE AND BREEDING OR IF A REPLACEMENT WILL BE UNAVAILABLE WITHIN ONE YEAR OF DOCUMENTATION OF UNSOUNDNESS LISTED ABOVE THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE REFUNDED.
